While I focus on landlord-tenant problems in both areas, I help clients with other property transactions and issues as well, such as HOA disputes (both owner vs. association and neighbor disputes between owners). When I'm not lawyer-ing it up, I can be found traveling (during non-Pandemic times), golfing, cooking, camping, hiking, biking, out on the water, or trying to teach our newest cat (of two) how to sit for treats. I have spent the majority of my career in the SAAS sales world working with SMBs and Enterprise Retailers to improve their shipping & logistics strategies in the changing landscape of eCommerce.
Most recently I was the VP of OPs & Customer Service at William Painter which is a high volume eCom Sunglass brand which grew 600% in 2019.
My true passion lies primarily in strategy, and problem-solving. I thoroughly enjoy learning about businesses of all sizes & shapes, then figuring out which problems they struggle with today, or how to scale & take a company to the next level!
I am a cat dad to two beautiful boy cats named Monty & Bruce! I enjoy playing sports & being active as well as strategy-based board/video games. I am a lifelong learner and my favorite topics are wartime history, politics, and economics!"
